Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 48 hours prior to your consultation if you want a full refund of your consultation fees. Any cancellations after this period are not eligible for a full refund. A no show will result in the cancellation of a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund. A consultation can be rescheduled at no extra charge however any rescheduling of appointments has to follow the 48 hour rule. Like yourself, all of our clients have a busy schedule and chose us to handle their immigration matter because of the attention and priority we give each and every single one of you. Therefore , the 48 hour rule was implemented to ensure every client get what they came for. We kindly request you to adhere by this policy for everyone's benefit.
